Is there a Cooling off Period?

Yes.  Establishing an SMSF is a big decision.  We accept that some people will change their minds after application.  You have 14 days to review the documentation including the SMSF Trust Deed and can cancel the application anytime during that period.

If you have established a company to act as the trustee that fee cannot be refunded.  Please consider your decision carefully before making an online application.  Alternatively is you wish to proceed you simply sign and return the Establishment pack.
