First SMSF Return: 28th of February

Every Year after that: 15th of May

If your SMSF has a history of non-lodgement, the ATO may require your SMSF to be lodged by the 31^st of Oct.

Supervision SMSF know when your SMSF is due and will adjust the completion of the task in accordance with that deadline.
