Supervision SMSF is available to answer your questions on the phone or via email.
Our telephone support is open between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (your time) Monday to Friday’s regardless of where you are calling from in Australia. Our telephone support will be closed on Public Holidays. We will advertise any other times when it is not available. Number to call is: 1300 693 863 or 08 9367 9655.
Outside of these times or if it’s just the way you like to communicate, email is an effective tool. You can request a call back or we may be able to reply with a response that answers your questions. If we are unable to answer a question that you have, we will give you a timeframe in which we will work to resolving your enquiry.
Supervision has created service standards to help you with your customer support needs. Once your SMSF is established or transferred to Supervision, you will be assigned a dedicated customer support person, who is familiar with your SMSF and the transactions that you complete. You have direct access to them for any requests and they will be in contact with you for anything that they need to complete your SMSF duties.
Third Party Suppliers
From time to time, it may be better to speak directly to the supplier you may be having an issue with. If this is the case, we will direct you to the right number or we will request that the provider calls to assist you.
If you are not satisfied
All of our team are trained to provide outstanding service and support. If at any time you are not completely satisfied, you can raise your concern and this matter will be dealt with under the terms of our Client Services Charter.
