Complete our SMSF online Transfer Form. We will collect as much information as we can to begin your application.

2. Transition

Pending approval, Supervision SMSF will forward all documentation necessary to transition existing accounts to Supervision.

3. Confirmation

Once we have transitioned your SMSF to SUPERVISION SMSF, a Final Transition Package will be forwarded to you.

4. Establish New

Supervision will establish all of your SMSF transactional accounts including your bank account and trading accounts.

5. Invest

Supervision will establish all of your SMSF transactional accounts including your bank account and trading accounts.
