You may have noticed the words “Super Gateway” appears next to “Client Login” in the top right hand corner of our website.

What is cool is that you can now go directly to your transaction accounts without logging in to Gateway first, so it’s a bit quicker.  Also you can remain on our website which means all of the rich updated content is available to you without having to leave our website.

To make things even more convenient, Super Gateway is also available on IPad, Mobile or any device with access to the internet. The only thing you will not be able to access on these devices are your documents, which will become available in the current secure office 365 site.

If you are currently using Super Gateway by logging into office 365 you can continue to do that, however you will notice some changes to the site in the coming months. Eventually we will transition the current client login to our website version. You don’t have to change right away but eventually the transition will occur, so we encourage you to have a look around in the new version of Super Gateway and start getting the hang of it.

This change will not affect your online security. You still control all of your passwords directly with suppliers independently of Supervision.
